Privacy

This site is now a short pointer page. It has no accounts, no sign-up form and no downloads. Apart from Google Analytics cookies, which are only used if you accept (see below), it sets no cookies.

Waiting list and download records moved to Bevizio

On 18 October 2026 the free SEO skill pack, the founder story and the waiting list moved to bevizio.com/skills. The people who had joined the waiting list on this site, and the download records, were copied to Bevizio. They are now covered by Bevizio's privacy policy (see “Skills waiting list”). New sign-ups happen on bevizio.com only; this site no longer collects email addresses or counts downloads.

To be removed, or to ask what is held about you, email hello@bevizio.com or message @danielkbuilds on X. The old copy on this site's database has not been deleted yet. It is visible only to me, and nothing new is added to it. I will delete it once the move is confirmed.

Google Analytics

I use Google Analytics (GA4) to see roughly how many people visit. The Google Analytics tag loads on every visit, so your browser contacts Google and Google receives standard connection details such as your IP address, as with any site that loads something from Google. Until you click Accept, the tag is told to use no cookies and no storage on your device, and no advertising features: it only sends anonymous measurements (such as which page was viewed and your approximate location). If you click Accept, it may use cookies to recognise repeat visits and give fuller counts: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are, and the type of device.

You can change your mind at any time with “analytics settings” in the footer; choosing “No cookies” removes the Google Analytics cookies from your browser. Google Analytics is run by Google, whose privacy policy describes how it handles that data. Advertising features and Google signals are switched off. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage and is not sent anywhere.

A cookie-free visit count

Separately from Google Analytics, the site uses Vercel's own Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It records the page viewed, the referring site, your approximate location (country), your device type, browser and operating system. A visit is recognised by a hash of the request that is discarded after 24 hours, and the data is not tied to an individual or an IP address. This runs whether or not you accept Google Analytics cookies; because it stores nothing on your device, there is nothing for the notice to ask about.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps its own standard server logs. The old download records and waiting list copy remain in a Turso database (EU, Ireland) until I delete them.
